      All of the requests on this booking form cannot be guaranteed but every effort will be made to accommodate you. Please note table & staff numbers are limited in accordance with your stand size. Please refer to our Exhibitor Information Pack for full details. Please use the notes section at the end if making any special requests
    • Please note we do not charge extra for electricity for regional shows, supplement fee applies for Detling Showground. If you do need electric please request this now as changes to your location stand will not be possible on the day of the event. Please only request electric if required for the function of your stand.
    • PLEASE NOTE - Detling show only - 1st row positions require a minimum investment of a 4x2m stand. End positions require a minimum investment of a 5x2m stand. Corner positions are for bespoke stands only.
    • Please describe the product or service you offer in a couple of sentences. This will accompany your contact details in our digital on the day Visitors Guide. PLEASE NOTE our show guide is printed bi-annually, so if booking after the print deadline your listing will appear in the next edition

    • Booking Confirmation

      Following submitting your booking, we will be in contact to confirm whether your booking has been successful with 7 days. If you haven't heard from us within this timeframe, please check your junk folder as sometimes our emails can end up there if you are new to us. After we have processed your booking, we will issue you with a booking confirmation & invoice. By submitting this booking form you agree to White Sky Events Ltd to add your contact details to our mailing list so we can inform you of any future events that may of interest.
