Coronavirus (COVID-19) Exhibitor Booking Policy

The safety and well-being of our customers are at the heart of every decision we make.

If you book an in person event however the event cannot go ahead, the event will either be held virtually or postponed to a later date.

Any deposits or payments that have been made towards your booking will be automatically transferred to this, following consultation with yourself.

If no future date is available to transfer your booking to or if you are unable to attend any of our scheduled events or dates as an alternative, refunds will be issued.

If an exhibitor chooses to withdraw from an event, then our standard cancellation terms will apply in accordance with our Booking Terms & Conditions
